On our first day, we stepped into a sweltering home. We looked around and found no pots or pans. There was a shortage of silverware, broken fridge drawers, and the furniture was old and worn out. Plus, there was no patio furniture at all. This was the worst experience I've ever had.

I really enjoyed every aspect of our rental! We had four folks in a five-bedroom place. Yesss! Big thanks to you all for letting us enjoy your lovely home. And I call it 'home' since I felt secure, cozy, and well-rested. Can't wait for next year's getaway!

I've been renting their place for the last five years. Because of COVID-19, I had to cancel this year, and now they’re just giving me the runaround about my refund. They hardly ever pick up the phone, and when you shoot them an email, it takes ages for them to respond. After dealing with this, I won’t be booking with them again or suggesting them to anyone.

Had a fantastic time and the staff were super patient with me. This was my first time using Airbnb, and it really met my expectations. They kept in contact throughout my stay to ensure we had everything we required, which I truly appreciated. Whenever we needed to reach out, they were quick to respond. You can bet I'll be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the place and can’t wait to come back soon. There was lots of room and it was super comfy. Absolutely loved it!

Steer clear of any of the Crystal Cove rentals. We ended up at two places right next to each other.

When we got there, both trash bins were overflowing, with garbage scattered all around. We called for a cleanup, and it took a whole week.

The floors in both houses were filthy, leaving our feet black for the first few days. We had to scrub everything ourselves.

In one of the homes, the pool heating was out of order. We asked for someone to check it, but they insisted everything was fine. On the second to last day, the pool guy finally showed up and said the water level was too low for the heat sensor to work.

One of the houses had a critter living in the wall, and the couch was broken. The pool sticks for the table were unusable.

This company will do everything possible to dodge responsibility and avoid helping when you reach out.

Seriously, don’t stay here.

We’ve tried contacting Sweet Homes via email multiple times to sort this out, but they’ve just been ignoring us. Not a reliable company to rent from, and their customer service is terrible.

The house fit our group just right, but it was missing some cookware for a big crowd. This time around, we ended up buying frying pans and baking dishes, and last year in a different place, we had to get a coffee maker. Aside from those issues, the house was great, and we enjoyed our time there.

Great place in a fantastic spot. The booking and payment process was a breeze, and the team was super friendly to talk to - what else could I want?

This place was really spacious and featured two spots for hanging out or watching TV. There were a couple of small issues that held it back from being a full 5-star experience. The billiard table's cues were missing their tips and chalk, among other things. We paid for pool heating, but it was a chilly week, and we were informed that the drop in temperature on the 3rd and 4th days was due to the weather. Honestly, I can't help but wonder if there was another issue since our neighbors were still enjoying their pool, and the lazy river at the clubhouse stayed warm. I just wish someone had come by to check on this while we were there. Still, we had a great time overall and loved the property, so we’ll definitely book this spot again for our firefighters who often come to the area for training and events.

The place matched the description perfectly. It was roomy and tidy, just right for my crew. The beds were super comfy, and the price was fair. Making reservations could've been a bit smoother. Aside from a few small maintenance issues, everything was great. We really enjoyed the house, its location, and the amenities. Definitely would rent it again. Thanks a bunch!

The place was tidy, roomy, and close to everything we wanted to do (like SeaWorld and Disney). There were a couple of minor items I wished they had included that could've made our visit a bit more comfy, but overall, we had a great time.

Make sure to bring your own washcloths, bath mats, basic spices, coffee filters, and the like. Don’t take it for granted that these essentials are there, and with a bit of prep on your end, you’ll have a fantastic stay.

This place really blew us away! It was stunning, spotless, and gave off that cozy vibe like a true home. The spot was just right! We’re absolutely gonna book with Sweet Home Vacation again.

Awesome place!! We really enjoyed our stay! Just a couple of small issues, like a missing tip on one of the pool cues and one ball was gone, so we ended up playing 9 ball instead. I’d recommend keeping strollers in the closet under the stairs.

This place truly felt like a second home. It was roomy and just fantastic. My family and I enjoyed a great vacation. The location was super convenient for both Disney and Universal. With comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, a large kitchen, a game room, and a pool, this house made our family trip unforgettable. I’d definitely suggest this spot to anyone, and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks a bunch!

The cost was fantastic, way better than a hotel. My family really enjoyed our stay. We had a bit of trouble getting in, but the support over the phone was super helpful. Just a heads up: if you're thinking about using the theater room on a weekend, make sure to give the manager a week's notice. The property manager is only around Monday through Friday. The pool was very clean and welcoming, though we didn't try out the hot tub—there's one at the condo and another by the pool.
